Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Sort Fun : Color Water shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Ahmed Sobhy Mohamed in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.

Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These liability limitations are an essential part of the agreement between you and Ahmed Sobhy Mohamed. Without them, we could not provide Sort Fun : Color Water at its current price.

Indemnification

You Agree to Indemnify Us
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ahmed Sobhy Mohamed, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your user-generated content

Dispute Resolution

After Termination:

Legal Jurisdiction

Health Notice
